ajmo — events discovery for Belgrade and Novi Sad

This page explains what personal data ajmo holds and how to ask us to delete it. Deletion is free, available at any time, and you don’t need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Email hello@ajmo.events with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please write from the email address associated with your ajmo account, so we can locate your data.

You can also delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account — it removes the same data.

What data we store

Your account. The email address you signed in with; the city and interface language you chose; the events you saved; and your reminder settings.

Feedback you send. If you report a mistake on an event or send feedback about the app, we store the reason you chose, the text you wrote, a snapshot of the event as the screen showed it at that moment, and technical context (app version, platform, OS version, interface language). Feedback sent while you are signed in is linked to your account; feedback sent without an account carries no identifier.

Event information. ajmo shows event announcements that venues and organizers publish publicly: on their websites, ticketing pages and public Telegram channels, and in public Instagram posts, which we collect through a third-party service (Apify). We take the event details (title, poster, date, venue, price, description) and link back to the original announcement. We do not collect personal data about individuals from these sources, and we do not access private messages, private accounts, or personal profiles.

What happens after you ask

We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
If a minimal subset of data must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we delete it as soon as that obligation ends.
You receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Deleting your account removes your saved events, your reminders, and the feedback and event reports you sent while signed in — all of it goes with the account.

Feedback sent without an account cannot be removed. It carries no identifier of any kind, so nothing ties it to you, and we have no way to find it.
