Data Deletion Instructions
ajmo — events discovery for Belgrade and Novi Sad
This page explains what personal data ajmo holds and how to ask us to delete it. Deletion is free, available at any time, and you don’t need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
Email hello@ajmo.events with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please write from the email address associated with your ajmo account, so we can locate your data.
You can also delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account — it removes the same data.
What data we store
Your account. The email address you signed in with; the city you chose and the events you saved or followed; and basic technical data (app version, device type).
Content from Instagram and Facebook. ajmo shows event listings that venues publish publicly on their own Instagram and Facebook business accounts. We use Meta’s official APIs to read public event posts (title, image, date, description). We do not collect personal data about individuals through this integration, and we do not access private messages, private accounts, or personal profiles.
What happens after you ask
- We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
- If a minimal subset of data must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we delete it as soon as that obligation ends.
- You receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
