Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 July 2026

This policy is written to be clear and specific to how ajmo actually works. It is a working document, not legal advice, and will be reviewed by a lawyer before ajmo’s public launch. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.

ajmo (“ajmo”, “we”, “us”) is an events-discovery service for Belgrade and Novi Sad. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Artem Sukhomlinov PR Beograd, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgrade, Serbia, at Kralja Milana 15, Beograd. Contact details are at the end of this policy.

Scope

This policy covers two things:

Where a section applies only to one of them, we say so.

What we collect and why

Waitlist (website). If you sign up to be notified at launch, we collect your email address and nothing else. We use it for a single purpose: to email you once, when ajmo is available. The legal basis is your consent.

Your account (app). The app uses passwordless sign-in, so we collect your email address to send you a one-time sign-in link and to identify your account. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you (providing the service).

Your activity in the app. To make the app work, we store:

Reminders for saved events are scheduled as local notifications on your device — we do not send push notifications from our servers, and we do not track whether or when you open them. The legal basis for saves and settings is our contract with you; for notifications it is your consent (the permission you grant your device).

Technical data. Like any online service, our systems process limited technical information needed to operate securely and reliably (for example, request logs and error diagnostics). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working.

What we do not do

Event information

The events shown in ajmo are gathered from public sources — venues, organizers, official event pages, and public Telegram channels — and kept up to date. This is information about events, not about you, and we only surface what those sources make publicly available.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted on Supabase, our database and authentication provider, in a data centre in the European Union (Ireland). If you access ajmo from outside the EU, your data is transferred to and processed there.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run ajmo, and only as needed:

These providers act as our processors under written agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

Data deletion

You can delete your ajmo account and the data that goes with it at any time — directly in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account, or by emailing us. Step-by-step instructions, exactly what gets removed, and our deletion timelines are on the dedicated Data Deletion Instructions page.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to:

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Children

ajmo is not intended for children under 15, the age of digital consent in Serbia. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted, and sign-in is passwordless so there is no password for anyone to lose or steal. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ajmo evolves or the law changes. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you.
