Terms of Service

These terms are a working document, not legal advice, and will be reviewed by a lawyer before ajmo’s public launch. By using ajmo you accept them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
ajmo is an events-discovery service that gathers concerts, parties, art, food, cinema, theatre, and markets in Belgrade and Novi Sad into one feed, so you can find what’s on, save events, and get reminders. These terms govern your use of the ajmo website and app.
Who we are
ajmo is operated by Artem Sukhomlinov PR Beograd, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgrade, Serbia, at Kralja Milana 15, Beograd (“ajmo”, “we”, “us”).
Who can use ajmo
You must be at least 15 years old — the age of digital consent in Serbia — to use ajmo. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your account
The app requires an account, created with passwordless email sign-in: we email you a one-time link instead of using a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since anyone with it can sign in. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
What ajmo does — and doesn’t
ajmo helps you discover events. We are an information service, not an organizer, promoter, venue, or ticket seller. We do not sell tickets, take payments for events, or run the events themselves.
Event details — dates, times, prices, line-ups, locations — come from third-party sources and can change or be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm the important details with the venue or organizer before you go or pay. We are not responsible for events being cancelled, changed, sold out, or different from what ajmo showed.
Acceptable use
When using ajmo, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- scrape, copy, or harvest event data or other content at scale, or resell it;
- interfere with, overload, or try to break the service or its security;
- access the service through automated means except a normal browser or the official app; or
- misuse another person’s account.
Intellectual property
The ajmo name, the “ajmo” wordmark, the app’s design, and its original content are owned by Artem Sukhomlinov PR Beograd and protected by law. You may use ajmo for your own personal, non-commercial event discovery; nothing here grants you rights to our branding or to redistribute the service.
Event listings, artwork, and posters remain the property of the venues, organizers, and artists they belong to. ajmo surfaces them for discovery and claims no ownership over them.
Third-party services and links
ajmo may link to venues, organizers, maps, or other external sites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and “as is”
ajmo is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is a new and evolving product: features may change, and we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ajmo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including anything that happens because event information was inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, or because the service was unavailable. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspending or ending access
You can stop using ajmo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ajmo develops or the law changes. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of ajmo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
